The main access is on a wide and bright open-plan living and dining room with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables, flat screem 50” TV and fireplace, a dining table with chairs for 8 people and sideboards.

The fitted separate kitchen is fully equipped with 5-ring stove, oven, toaster, fridge with freezer etc. and access to a separate laudry with washing machine.

There are 3 double bedrooms in the sleeping area set on the ground floor: 1 double, 1 double (or tween) and 1 with 1 single bed and a single sofabed, plus 1 bathroom with bat tube/shower and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor a confortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace which overlooks the pine grove, the surrounding countryside and the sea.

The dependance is just few meters far and it is composed of a wide living with fireplace tv, dvd player and sofa, a bathroom with shower and a confortable kitchen with big fridge and freezer, built in oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.

The indipendent entrance welcome you in the beautiful garden with a lovely pine grove, loan and several outdoor spaces fitted for relaxing “al fresco”.

On the lovely patio, there are outdoor fornitures with dining table for 10, armchairs and coffee tables. A wide covered second patio with dining area and a barbecue, is located on the other side of the house. The house offers private parking and garage.

The wide pool offers trampoline, solarium with sun lounges and outdoor shower and a shaded area under the gazebo with harmchairs and coffee tables, children toys etc.

Al piano terra due camere matrimoniali (di cui una che può essere trasformata in doppia), una camera singola (con divano letto singolo), un bagno con vasca, un bagno con doccia, un ampio salone con camino tv a schermo piatto 50” e zona pranzo per 8, cucina completamente attrezzata e lavanderia.

Nella dependance, una seconda cucina completamente attrezzata con frigo doppio e forno a legna, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde etc., ampio soggiorno con camino tv led, dvd player e zona pranzo con possibilità di aggiunta 1/2 posti nel divano letto e bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti ad eccezione di un salone sono dotati di a/c.

Enjoy special views of the local saltworks: panels of mirror-like water, detained by thin tiles of earth, with  an irregular form and scene. In seats, the profile of a windmill may be distinguished, a reminder of when windmill  provided the main resources of pumping the water from the sea and grinding the salt.The sight is even more outstanding in summer when the salt is ready to be collected: The rose-pink hues of the concentrated saline contained in the outer pans vie with those towards the centre of a deeper colour, while the deepest, now dry, sparkle in the sunshine.Since 1984, Mozia lagoon has been nominated a natural reserve of special interest.This area ranges into the sea, and includes the section of coastline between Punta Alga and Capo San Teodoro. The water here is light and very very salty, the ideal circumstances for salt works to be set up all along the coast and on Isola Lunga, where it soon became the main industry; many of these have since decreased into disuse.
