Inside:

Accommodation at Dammusello is spread over a main house and a dépendance.

The two story main house, accessed from the veranda, is home to a welcoming, bright living area with high ceilings and marble flooring, two elements that are repeated throughout the  rest of the house, as well as some antique furniture and objects collected over the years by the owners which give a special character to the interiors. To the right of the entrance a dining are with a table for 8/12 seats. From here we move on the right into the cosy  tv room, then into a wide sitting room, featuring a decorative fireplace and  wide glass doors with access to a sunny veranda with sea view.

On the other side of the house a stylish well-equipped kitchen with snack table, whose French windows open out onto the al fresco dining area and a delightful walled courtyard garden. The kitchen also access to a laudry room.

A door from the entrance leads to the master bedroom, featuring walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom  with tub. Another bedroom with bunk beds and adjacent shower room is linked by a hallway and can host up to four guests .

Stairs from the living area take one to the first floor, here there are  two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of which featuring a walk-in wardrobe) and also a wide panoramic terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and  beautiful Mediterranean sea.

Just across the sea-view terrace, down to a lovely path is the dependence, which houses the fifth and the sixth bedrooms.

The dependence  is neatly divided into living and sleeping areas. Access is into the living room, which features a large sliding glass doorway to the veranda, flat screen tv and a sofa bed. To the left of the living room,  two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The lovely small but functional traditional kitchen, featuring a built-in barbecue, as well as another typical bathroom with shower are separate to the sleeping area by a wide veranda.

The main house and the dependence are air conditioned and offers centralized heating system too.

Outdoor

Large terraces run along three sides of the villa, affording superb views of the surrounding countryside, Mount  Erice and the sea.

The main house and the dependance are set amongst a series of well-tended  lawns, dotted with olive trees and shrubs and criss-crossed by dry-stone walls and gravel paths, one of which takes you to the solarium with terracotta flooring, featuring a pool  large enough for a spot of real swimming and furnished by sun loungers and other outdoor furniture. The solarium, situated just below the main building, houses a large gazebo that provides shelter and refreshment thanks to outdoor harmchairs, a big fridge and other accessories that allow you to cool off on hot summer days.

Closer to the house are a series of sitting areas and by the side of the kitchen, a delightful walled garden is divided into an area with trees and an idyllic, shady al fresco dining area.

The dependance outdoor area, a large tiled veranda, runs around the house by the side of the kitchen.

Last, but certainly not least is a football pitch, perfect for children, and a shady area below a monumental carob.
